Nutshell has a clear approach to projects. If creative is our engine then knowledge is our fuel; this comes in varying forms, an in-depth client brief, email, phone call or back of a notepad (yes this still happens). In some cases we will undertake a full value proposition in order to fully understand a business and its products and services from the customers point of view.

When we have cracked this part we move on to considering all the critical project components; tasks, challenges, desired outcomes, audience behaviour, messages, budget. When we know what success looks like we are in great shape to develop strategies to connect with audiences across traditional and seamless digital touch points. We’re big on results too so activity and performance measurement is at the heart of every campaign.
