Costa – Christmas Conference
What’s it about?
The Costa conference brings over 2000 store managers, partners and support centre teams together to celebrate success, share business messages, launch new products and initiatives and have a great time!
What did we do?
Our task was to create a unique registration campaign, which delivered personalised content to each delegate, based on preferences and function within the business. A fully automated, data driven registration site was developed to manage the entire process from invite through to registration and included triggered reminders, confirmations and notifications. Real-time data capture kept the event team informed of progress and helped manage wider event logistics.
A mobile responsive sign-in function was also developed to support event teams with managing delegates on arrival – pretty cool.
