What’s Twenty3c about?

Established in 2008, Twenty3c is a specialist bike shop owned and run by people who love everything about bikes. Passionate about building them, selling them, fixing them and more importantly riding them!

What did Nutshell do?

Our task was to understand what makes Twenty3c unique, where they add value and deploy a campaign to engage and inform customers.

Firstly, Nutshell undertook a value proposition exercise, which gave us great insight into the business from the customers view. From this we developed a campaign with a range of benefits, including a loyalty scheme. We created a marketing platform to encourage customer registration and provided a fully branded experience with personalised messages. All this whilst capturing valuable customer data. Seamless and successful.
